Sunlit Living Kids Class: How to Make a Solar Oven from a Pizza Box

We cooked Solar S’mores in our homemade solar oven on Earth Day Thomaston, 2009.  We made it using pizza boxes donated by Domino’s lined with heavy duty aluminum foil.

Here is a solar oven that won a $75,000 first prize in the sustainability group’s climate competition.
